How to Use the Law of Attraction

The law of Attraction is simple: "We attract, whatsoever we think in relation to, good or bad".
There are really only three basic steps: ask, believe, and receive. Break these steps down into simpler, more short and snappy ones.

Relax your mind. Meditate Be clear in your mind on what exact you wanted and after you decide don't have uncertainty.
Remember that you're sending a request to the Universe which is created by thoughts and thus responds to thoughts. Know exactly what you want. If you're not clear/clear in your mind, the Universe will also get an ambiguous frequency and will send you useless results.
So be sure that something you have for strong enthusiasm.

Ask the cosmos for that.

Create your request. Send a picture what you want from the Universe. The Universe will answer. See this thing as already yours.

Write down your desire. Start with "I am so cheerful and thankful now that I want to be..." and finish the sentence (or paragraph) telling the Universe what you want. Write in the present tense as if you have it right now. Avoid refusal terms. Continue this every day until your wish realized, close your eyes and imagine your desire as if it's happening right now.

Feel it. Feel how you are now after receiving your wish. You have to act, speak, and think as if you are receiving it now. This is the most Secret and important step in using the Law of Attraction. Because this is where the Law of Attraction  starts working, and sometimes if you do this correctly, you don’t need it anymore, because you feel like you are already have it. Then the universe will able to be seen this thought, feeling and you will receive it.

Show gratitude. Write down all the things that Universe has given to you. Be thankful for what you already have and what the Universe has given you. The Universe has prepared many more things for us. Paying the Universe back with some gratefulness will inspire the Universe to give you more things into your life. Showing gratefulness will boost the Universe to manifest your request more rapidly.

Trust the Universe.  Whatever you truly wish that comes exact in an instant. Don't get disturb if these things don't happen instantly. Be patient

  •  If you are worried about repeated bad things happening in your Life, means you are using the law of attraction in opposition to yourself. To worry is really applying most of the steps, towards a Negative outcome. You are visualizing the unhelpful outcome and asking the universe with pictures of the negative outcome. You are feeling with the negative outcome ... Stop Worrying and follow above step
  • "Be careful in deciding your wish because, you may get it," this is not a story to tell you. This law is so powerful, your request could realize instantly and strongly without warning. Remember, this Law could be used to create or destroy.

Everyone gets drilled with certain lessons in life. Sometimes it takes frequent display of known truths of life to get it into your skull. On the contrary even one powerful incident drives the tip home forever.

Lifestyle Diseases

Over decades, due to unhealthy diets, smoking, lack of exercise, and perhaps stress. These are major risk factors for Lifestyle Diseases like, high blood pressure, tobacco addiction, high blood cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. These results in various long-term disease processes, reaching in high humanity rates attributable to stroke, depression and heart disease, tobacco- and nutrition-induced cancers, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, renal failure, and many others. Internationally, these diseases are also known as “Lifestyle Diseases” or “degenerative diseases”.

An individual's health depends on lot of on their lifestyle. Maintaining physical and mental health is causes to an individual's longevity. The more time spent on cleanliness, physical fitness, with balanced diet, the healthy lifestyle they embrace.

A lifestyle disease is related with the way a person lives.  Lifestyle diseases  include atherosclerosis, heart disease, stroke, obesity, type 2 diabetes these diseases are the results of smoking and alcohol abuse. Lifestyle diseases are becoming more common presently, because of countries become more developed. For the first time in history these lifestyle diseases kill more people than infectious ones
Those who join in any kind of physical activity regularly, they are generally healthier than those who don't. Mental illness may happen due to various reasons. For example, depression may promote mental illness through stress and anxiety. Reasons for depression can be due to a number of things including job loss, recently widowed and divorce, etc. Depression may lead to increase the poor habits for not promoting physical health. Poor habits may lead to a poor or even dangerous lifestyle.


There are two types of environment for Healthy lifestyle: nature and social. Natural surroundings in which a person lives and operates. An individual who passionate about his healthy lifestyle will prefer to walk to nature closely. For a healthy lifestyle natural environment is required, such as fresh air, clean water, clean home, clean neighborhood and a cleanness at home. Those who are nature loved decide to plant flowers, vegetables and other greenery’s in their backyard and organizes their household waste and uses positive and practical ways to conserve environmental sustainability.

Social environment is entirely different. Social Environment includes living and working conditions, income level, educational background, community and religious beliefs.
In a social environment there are certain expectations from the person for those around him. Expectations like success and wanted to be best.

Along with success stress related diseases will definitely comes. On the contrary if failure happens, and then there will be mood swings and attracts frustration. In order to avoid this, there are better ways to stay away from failure and disappointment.


Technology and diversity have significantly changed the lives of people in society. Technology has both positive and negative effects on our daily lifestyle. However, these aspects of technology depend on how much we use and exposed to it. In other words, our lifestyle controls the use of technology, while technology influences our lifestyles.
Technology has changed the field of agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, information, medicine, communication, war among others. Technology has also made easier for other factors to affect our lifestyle, such as media. All in all, technology has made our lives much easier; so that we have no longer required living forceful lifestyle as in the past, contributed to the turn down in our health.
On the other hand, technology has complex in lives and had many negative effects. Don’t worry about the past or the future; learn to stay in the present moment with positive thinking.

4.  Everyone is different. If you expect to meet extremely high expectations, you could affect your health and well-being by doing anything you can, to meet up these expectations. To break this bad Habit, set smaller goals, which are in your reach and don’t focus on exceeding high expectations.

5. The last bad habit is holding your feelings. Not to express your feelings to feel good others will cause them to build up. Ways to be happier

The better part of your true happiness or unhappiness depends on your own point of view, and not upon our situation.  Even if things aren’t ideal now, think of all the beauty things around you.  A good reason to smile is always one thought away. Catch that moment to Live Happy Life
Unhappiness is gap between what we have now, and what we think to have. But the truth of Life is we don’t want to acquire anything more than, what we already have for true happiness
Life is magnificent not because someone says it is, or because you have acquired amazing, but because of you choose to see it.  Don’t allow your “I am happy” to be held hostage.  It is always yours choice to decide to live happy life

Happy Thoughts: Mind other people’s business.

Forget what other people are doing.  Stop looking where they are and what they have.  Nobody is doing better than you since nobody can do better than you.  You are on your own path. You listen to the noise of the world, instead of yourselves.  So stop the comparisons! Ignore the distraction. Listen to your own inner voice.  Mind your own business, think happy. Keep your best wishes and your prime goals close to your heart and devote your time to that all days.  Keep doing what you know and what your heart says right, for YOU.  Because when you are paying attention on significant work with peace in mind, almost nothing can shake from make you happy

When you are satisfied to simply be yourself, without comparing and challenging to impress others, everyone will respect you.  And even more importantly, you will also respect yourself then you can say, I am happy.

Forget what people think and say about you.  Focus on how you feel yourself, and keep walking on your own way. Those who accept you are your friends and those who don’t are your teachers. 
If someone calls you something is true, it’s not your problem because it’s true. 
Vise-a-Versa if it’s not true, it’s not your problem because it’s not true. 

Whatever they call you is not your problem.  What other people call you is their problem…
What you call yourself, and what you make a decision to become, is your problem. 

Simple ways to be happy

What happened in the past is one chapter in your legend; don’t close the book, just turn the page.
Forgiveness is the remedy.  It allows you to focus on the future without fighting the past.  To understand the potential of going forward is to forgive things behind you.  Without forgiveness, wounds can never be healed and individual growth can’t achieve.  It doesn't mean you’re erasing the past, or forget what happened.  It means you’re letting go of the unpleasantness and hurt, and in its place choose to learn from the incident and move on your life to be happier.

Accept the truth. Stand Firm

If you resist truth, you will live in lie. You simply can’t keep away from truth by moving dishonestly from one place to another.
So don’t try to hide the truth with dishonesty.  It takes courage and strength to admit the truth, but it is the only way to truthfully live.  Accept what is, hold in your arms it fully, and live in true happiness   for the potential that are positioned ahead.

Four Stages of Life

Hinduism tells us the aims of life and also shows the practical way how to achieve those aims and to do this, Hinduism divides a person’s life in four stages or Ashrams: and every person should ideally go through each of these four stages:

·         The First Ashrama - "Brahmacharya" or the Student Stage
·         The Second Ashrama - "Grihastha" or the Householder Stage
·         The Third Ashrama - "Vanaprastha" or the Hermit Stage
·         The Fourth Ashrama - "Sannyasa" or the Wandering Ascetic Stage

Each stage or ashram has specific duties and expectation which must be attained at an appropriate age. In ancient India, a man was expected to live a hundred or so years and so each stage would be approximately 24-25 years.

1.Brahmacharya - The Celibate Student:

Brahmacharya is the stage of life being a student. In the traditional Indian system of study, a child, once he had become a Brahmachari, would live and learn from his guru all that was essential for him to become a productive and thinking human being.
(Now a days a boy has to also stay away from home for higher studies)

2.Grihastha - The Married Family Man:

In this stage the man has to perform his duties as a member of society and become a positive provider to his family, his community and his society at large. He must be usefully and ethically employed. He must earn wealth and use his service for the larger good.

3.Vanaprastha - The Hermit in Retreat:

This is stage of a man when his duty as a householder comes to an end. The Vanaprastha ashram is semi-retirement. At this age, he should give up all physical, material and sexual pleasures, retire from his social and professional life. Gradually letting go of the ties that bind him being the society elder who is willing to share the knowledge and wealth he has earned for the benefit of others. No wonder, this third ashrama in now a days nearly out of date. 

4.Sannyasa - The Wandering Recluse:

The last stage, Sanyas, involves looking inwards and completely liberating oneself from all worldly appetites and desires. In this ashram, a man must prepare himself for the next journey out of his body and thus reject anything that constrains his release and liberation. In this stage, a man is supposed to be totally devoted to God. . He is virtually merged with God, all his worldly ties are broken, and his sole concern becomes attaining moksha, or release from the circle of birth and death. When he dies, the funeral ceremonies (Pretakarma) are performed by his son and heir.

What About Women?:

Traditionally, Woman's role is of a dependent nature, they need the protection of a responsible male at every stage of life. Though these ashramas are principally considered for the male, females too have a vital role to play in each one of them. So women are not actually excluded because they are always supposed to have an active social and religious life at home.
Hinduism is not a religion; it is an attitude towards life and of achievement. Hindu practices show us the way to live a full and productive life as a physical, spiritual and emotional being.
