Bad habits that steal your joy

Each one of us is looking for happiness, even we all keep moving in different directions but the goal remains same, and the goal is to achieve the happiness or happy families. Each individual has a different belief of happiness; they say it is a subjective term. Maybe! But everything that ends well is actually not well.
Everyone have bad habits, but sometimes these habits can be very harmful to your health and steal your joy.
Here are some different bad habits and the best way to split them.

1.  Holding negative thoughts that are based on fear. This is a very dangerous habit to your psychological health. Negative thoughts can affect your body and start to feel down or depressed. Living with fear is not a good way. If you surround yourself with positive thoughts, your body will reflect it.
2. Continually comparing yourself to others around with you is another bad habit. Comparing with others, will never give you happy feeling. This could cause depression as well because you will always feel not enough. To split this habit, work slowly and stop comparing yourself to others. Instead, focus on yourself and other good aspects of your personality and abilities.

3. Bad habit that is focusing too much on the past or the future. If you remain staked with bad
things that happened in the past, and focusing on negative things that may happen in the future, you will never fully live in the present time. To break this, make sure keeping yourself in the present and enjoy what you have at the current time. Don’t worry about the past or the future; learn to stay in the present moment with positive thinking.

4.  Everyone is different. If you expect to meet extremely high expectations, you could affect your health and well-being by doing anything you can, to meet up these expectations. To break this bad Habit, set smaller goals, which are in your reach and don’t focus on exceeding high expectations.

5. The last bad habit is holding your feelings. Not to express your feelings to feel good others will cause them to build up. Certainly, one day everything will blow up and could show the way to psychological problems. To break this habit, allow yourself to undergo things as what it is. If you are sad, be sad. Don’t make believe to be happy when you are not happy.
